These terms govern your use of Glypticon (glypticon.com). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Glypticon is an AI-powered analysis tool that generates personalized career disruption timelines based on public research data and market signals.
You provide your job title, industry, country, organization type, and a description of your weekly tasks. We run your inputs through multiple scoring frameworks — task-level AI exposure, ability-based exposure, adoption rate modeling — cross-referenced against live hiring data, layoff signals, and frontier AI adoption patterns. You get a timeline estimate, an exposure breakdown, and a resilience score.
Results are viewable immediately and shareable via a unique link.
Glypticon provides informational analysis only. This is not financial advice, career counseling, or a prediction of individual employment outcomes. All timeline estimates are market-level models based on occupation-group data, not guarantees. Consult a qualified professional for personal financial or career decisions.
Resilience and adaptive capacity metrics are based on occupation-group research data, not your personal financial information. No personal financial data is collected or inferred.
You retain ownership of the information you provide (job title, tasks, etc.). By submitting your inputs, you grant us permission to process them through our analysis pipeline and store the resulting output.
We do not use your inputs to train AI models. Your inputs are processed via Anthropic's API, which does not use API data for model training.
Analysis outputs — timelines, scores, narratives — are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. We work hard to make them useful, but they are estimates based on available data, not certainties.
You may share your analysis outputs via share URLs. Shared timelines display your job title, industry, country, organization type, and analysis metrics. They never display your email or name.
Our methodology — how we weight, combine, and translate research data into timeline estimates — is proprietary. Our scoring models, presentation design, and analysis framework belong to Glypticon.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our methodology, scoring algorithms, or weighting systems.

Glypticon's analysis is generated by artificial intelligence. While we use peer-reviewed research and live data as inputs, the analysis itself is AI-generated and subject to the limitations of current AI systems.
You are responsible for any decisions you make based on Glypticon's output. We provide information, not recommendations.
Glypticon relies on third-party services including cloud hosting, AI API providers (Anthropic), analytics services, and email delivery. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their operation or availability.
We aim to keep Glypticon available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes, but aren't obligated to.
GLYPTICON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLYPTICON AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID GLYPTICON FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
We may restrict or terminate your access to Glypticon at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
If you have a dispute with us, contact us first at app.glypticon@gmail.com. We'll try to resolve it informally. If we can't, any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Glypticon regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. We may assign our rights under these terms; you may not.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your career analysis and report are free. The personalized roadmap is a paid upgrade, sold as a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout (in U.S. dollars). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payments are processed by our third-party billing provider (RevenueCat, using Stripe). We never see or store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to the provider's terms in addition to these.
Once payment completes, your roadmap unlocks immediately and stays available at the email address you used for your report. We may change prices at any time, but any change applies only to future purchases, never to one you've already made.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
